The one bedroom is a corner unit which has the benefit of extra windows for breezes and more great views from the 2nd floor.   There is a full bath with a large granite top vanity. 

• Living area:
  • The one Bedroom has all new flooring. There is a queen size pull out sofa bed with a 6 inch mattress for more comfort.
  • It is nicely decorated in tropical and Hawaiian décor.
  • Ceiling fans in Living room and Bedroom to bring in the tropical breezes.  Air conditioning is also in the room if you need it.    

• Sleeping:
  • There is a very comfortable new Beautyrest plush King-size bed in the bedroom along with a new furniture and of course the pull out queen sofa bed in the living room.
• Private lanai:
  • Enjoy eating on the lanai with the high top patio table and 6 chairs for relaxing or reading.
  • Great views of the ocean and tropical gardens in both units.
  • Enjoy sunset views from the lanai.
  • Tropical foliage surrounds you.
  • Watch the fish and birds at water fountains at the Koi ponds right in front of the unit.
• Kitchen/dining:
  • NEW stainless stove, microwave, dishwasher and sink.   NEW granite countertop and natural cherry cabinets.
  • Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a snack or a full meal.  There is a dishwasher, disposal, blender for cold drinks, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, microwave, oven range, refrigerator and more.
  • You can enjoy your meal at the kitchen bar or there is a Dining table with 4 chairs or sit outdoors on the lanai and enjoy spectacular views.
• Entertainment:
  • Color TV with Cable, VCR, DVD, free wireless internet.
• Supplies:
  • Linens, towels, sheets, starter supplies, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.
• Washer and dryer:
  • You can pack light and throw a load of laundry in if you need to while you enjoy Maui.
